Toxfree Energy North America will develop the North American market via a proposed public float that will fund a number of profitable business opportunities including,

  • Completion of advanced negotiations with a major Canadian city aimed at processing their municipal solid waste in a joint venture.

  • Upgrading our patented demonstration plant to process hazardous waste with a view to joint venture with one of North America’s largest waste companies;

  • Acquiring a major U.S. tire hauler for its first tire to oil and energy plant in North America.

ToxFree New Zealand and South East Asia is completing a due diligence program with its substantial partner aimed at commercializing the hazardous waste, tire, MSW and biosolids applications of its technologies in New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia.
