Preserving the Environment
Toxfree tire to energy technology is vastly superior to current incineration of tires by incinerators and cement kilns. Our technology massively reduces of all types of harmful emissions, many of which fall to near unrecordable levels.
The application of Toxfree Techology to the processing of tar sands represents a quantum shift towards very low greenhouse emissions. These greenhouse gas emission reductions could be as high as 90% when compared to current tar sands operations such as those located in Fort McMuarry, Alberta, Canada. Applying this technology in an open pittable situation would remove the need to consume vast amounts of water in the processing of tar oil and also remove the need for a gas feed in an insitu deposit as the technology would draw its energy requirements from the hydrocarbons in the tar. The residues from the tar pit would be dry and free of contaminated residues eliminating the need to construct and maintain massive amounts of waterborne contamination in heavily polluted lakes and ponds.
The Toxfree Technology has been operating commercially processing all forms of hazardous waste generated by the oil and gas industry, and other extractive and commercial industries Australia wide. This process has proven to greatly reduce the carbon footprint and emissions in excess of 90%, and has operated for over 18 years using our closed loop process and maintained compliance with EPA regulations.
ToxFree tire to energy technology has the
potential to remove millions of tires from the scrap market in an
environmentally friendly way.
